Prestige Underwriting Inspections, a Northeastern regional company conducting high value residential inspections for insurance companies, is seeking qualified candidates for contractual positions (1099) inspecting high-value homes. Candidates must be self-motivated individuals willing to work in either the Northern or Southern New Jersey area. The position will involve conducting high-value inspections, interiors and exteriors. These inspections will typically be geared toward residential dwellings exceeding replacement value thresholds of $1,000,000. Position Benefits: ® Fees range from $50-$150 per inspection ® Annual performance bonus ® Advancement opportunities ® All interior appraisal appointments are set by our scheduling department Requirements – Industry Related ® Minimum of 1 year general industry-related inspection experience ® Proficiency measuring homes and/or structures ® Proficiency with Apex drawing software ® Exposure to replacement cost calculation ® General knowledge of building materials & components ® General knowledge of identifying hazards ® General computer knowledge ® Professional & General Liability insurance are preferred.
