Unethical	1: not conforming to approved standards of social or professional behavior; \"unethical business practices\" [ant: ethical] 2: not adhering to ethical or moral principles.

Utility Restoration	Have the electricity, water and sewer, gas and any other necessary services restored to a property. Most banks and mortgage companies will have a \"REO Department\" which is responsible for properties they have foreclosed on. The REO department may ask you to contact the local electric, power and sewer companies to restore these services using the mortgage company name or existing account.
