We collect debt for Harley Davidson and Citibank among others clients in the industry. We conduct floor audits and dealership paper work audits. We complete skip traces on autos and deliver delinquency letters. We conduct delinquency interviews with mortgagers as well as other debtors. We conduct interior and exterior building inspections and are certified in the insurance industry. I am a certified home inspector as well. We have extensive backgrounds in sales, Customer Service and Collections. We have complete knowledge of the building industry. We have knowledge and certifications in other fields such as Auto Detail and body damage estimating. St Hilaire Inspection Service has been an area leader in the inspection industry since 2005. We provide lock change on site when we find vacant and unsecure properties. You do not need to wait for preservation to go out to the home. You can have it done at the time of finding the home vacant. At this time this service is provided to Maine only. NEW SERVICE: We now provide clean outs and other services in Maine as well. We are not cheap but the services we provide are far more superior then a lot of the work I have been inspecting over the years.
