Universal Home Repairs was established in 1993 by Julia Southerland. Over the past 15 years we have serviced numerous brokers, banks and lenders properties.
UHR offers a wide range of services to the REO, Bankruptcy, Banking, Mortgage and Foreclosure Industry.
Our job is to re-key, secure, board up, clean out and otherwise prepare your properties for the REO, HUD and local specifications during foreclosure and listing period.
Universal Home Repairs carries a one-million dollar commerical general liability policy.
We service all types of residential properties including mobile homes. We also have the ability to service large acreage properties.
Our work is reported with before and after digital photos. We also prefer to scan and email brokers their invoices.
As of October we are transferring our data to a property preservation software system. We hope to have the new software system up and running by January 3, 2008.
Universal Home Repairs attended the Five Star Conference in Dallas this September.
